when an enquiry and payment is received, our research team will assess it and decide whether or not sufficient information has been provided in order to proceed. This results in a good success rate for the research that has been given approval to proceed.
The objective of this service is to find all documentation that exists about the soldier in national-level sources; to interperet the technical detail the documents contain; to provide our client with the clearest understanding of the man’s story; and to offer advice on where further information may be found. This service is best for clients who want to understand in as much depth as possible about your ancesters military career, where he was and what he did. The results are presented in our unique in-depth report for a gift or keepsake.
SOLUTIONS
My archive can provide background information about your ancesters military history, and will include details of actions in which he was involved plus any mentions which we might be albe to trace. Photocopies of relevent documents such as maps, diary extracts, photographs and obituaries are included if found.

How do I submit a research service.
Please submit your request in writing by email to
oldtinhat@aol.com. You will need to provide as much information as you can about your ancestor.
Name, rank, service number, battalion if you can. if you have your ancesters medal's, information will be on the rim of the medal, including service number and regiment for first World War.
