When your enquiry and payment are received we will assess it and decide whether or not sufficent information has been provided, in order to proceed.  This results have a good success rate for the research that has been carried out..  A charge of £20.00 covers the time spent by the researcher looking through relevant documentation and is therefore non-refundable. How Long Does it take?

it is difficult to predict how long your enquiry will take.  This very much depends upon the quantity of individual enquires which have been received.  In busy periods research can take up to three months.
